1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BLVCKTIP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Usage

BLVCKTIP provides an AI-powered service to convert images into minimalist one-line art. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes as outlined in your selected plan.

  • Free users receive low-quality previews with watermarks for personal preview only
  • Pro users receive HD quality files with full commercial usage rights
  • You must not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • You must not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the BLVCKTIP platform, including software, design, and branding, belong to BLVCKTIP and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. The generated line art outputs are owned by you upon purchase of the Pro version.

4. Image Ownership & Usage Rights

  • You own the output generated from your images after purchasing the Pro version
  • Free preview images remain property of BLVCKTIP and may not be used commercially
  • You warrant that you have the rights to upload and process the images you submit
  • You must not upload images containing illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content

5. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
  • Use the service for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent watermarks or usage restrictions
  • Share or resell generated previews without purchasing the Pro version
  • Abuse, spam, or overload the service infrastructure

6. Payment & Refunds

Pro credits are purchased as a one-time bundle of ₹199 for 5 credits (₹39.80 per credit). Due to the instant digital delivery and processing costs, we do not offer refunds after the HD files have been generated and delivered.

We provide free watermarked previews to ensure you're satisfied with the output before purchasing. Please review the preview carefully before upgrading to Pro.

Credits are session-based and must be used during your active session. Any unused credits will expire when you close or refresh the page.

7. Limitation of Liability

BLVCKTIP is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLVCKTIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of BLVCKTIP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We automatically delete uploaded images after processing and do not use your images for training or any other purpose.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BLVCKTIP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
